Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit your refund or exchange.

Please note: If your return or refund is approved, you will receive store credit only.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please email us at

Urby Kids ensured that our manufacturers sizes were equivalent to our sizing charts.Please ensure that you order the correct size.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are no returns on - Downloadable software products (online parent literacy course)

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

No Refunds/Returns for the following..
- Returns will not be granted for ordering the "wrong size"Please follow our sizing chart to ensure that you order the correct size. 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund or return will be processed, and you will receive store credit only within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may receive store credit, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

NO Exchanges (if applicable) 
Under certain conditions we may offer store credit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for Urby Kids to receive your product may vary. 

If you are shipping an items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
